Description

Arlington Mill is a historic house located in Bibury, Gloucestershire. The property dates back to the Doomsday Book, and was once where corn from around the Cotswolds was brought and milled for consumption. The property covers 4 floors. On the ground floor, is an open-plan living room with wood burning fire, a dining area and a piano. The first floor has an additional living area and fitted kitchen, as well as a master suite with super king-size bedroom and en suite bathroom and WC. On the 2nd floor is a family room with double bed, 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom and WC, and two super king-size bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom and WC. On the 3rd floor, there is a twin bedroom and a separate wet room and WC. To the rear of the property, is a garden with patio area, furniture provided, and a BBQ. Outside is a deep mill stream with fast flowing water - guests are advised not to approach, especially children. Ample off road parking. Pets charged at 25 per pet per stay.Note: Please note that the mill stream (leat) is deep and often fast flowing through an underwater sluice and therefore it is dangerous for pets, children and adults to approach the leat or to walk on the wall next to the leat - please keep your family away from the water. Note: Wi-Fi is available via the modem in the downstairs living room- due to the thick stone walls, the wireless signal is not consistent through the house, however there is a booster on the first floor so you should have some signal through the house. NOTE: This property has a 500 good housekeeping bond This amount is automatically shadowed when the booking is made25 Pet Charge per pet per stay.Some bedrooms have quite low beams.Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally.
