As you approach the property via a long sweeping drive through impressive grounds, you are greeted by electric gates that lead to three off-road parking spaces, with an additional space available in a separate car parking area within the grounds.
The interior of the Carriage House features a spacious open-plan living area designed with distinct zones, including a luxurious seating area with large windows and doors that fill the room with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the distant sea and coastline. A woodburning stove adds a cozy touch to the room, perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped and stylish, complete with exquisite details, and a large dining table provides a wonderful space for shared meals. A separate snug, located in the original carriage section, offers a cozy retreat with a TV and seating for quiet moments.
The sleeping arrangements at the Carriage House are split between two floors, with two bedrooms - a king-size and a double - on the ground floor. The king-size bedroom boasts garden views and access, while the adjacent bathroom features a free-standing bath and a spacious walk-in shower. The charming double bedroom showcases exposed stonework and has a shower room nearby. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await, including a spacious king-size room with vaulted ceilings and feature windows, and a family room with a double and single bed. A family bathroom with a roll top bath and walk-in shower is also located on this floor.
