Knowle House, a stunning detached home, comprises a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room, snug, and a study. Appliances include an electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, four Smart TVs, an Xbox, and two woodburning stoves. The bedrooms consist of a super-king with en-suite shower, two king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, a small double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, along with ample off-road parking. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and the River Okement. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request.
