Forty Five consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom, and a second-floor super-king-size, serviced by a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and bike storage, plus roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a river, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery of Cumbria with a stay at Forty Five. Note: Check-in 16:00, check-out 10:00. Note: Steep stairs to second floor are not suitable for those with mobility issues.
