Description

Bay View is a second-floor apartment with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and three Smart TVs, with the TV in the sitting area having Sky TV and Netflix. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, and one which is zip/linked, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a large balcony with seating, along with allocated off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and beach and please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Fibre-optic WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Bring your loved ones to make memories at Bay View. Note: Fishing nearby/on-site. Note: Entrance ramp/level access.
