The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and extractor fan, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of 2 Super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, an enclosed side garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for up to two cars. within 2.3 miles you will find a pub, and within 1.3 miles, a shop. Please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available upon request. Sycamore cottage is an idyllic base to explore the surroundings of Derbyshire.
