The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with TV, and a king-size with Smart TV, sound bar, and canopy balcony, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with decking, hot tub, furniture and a gas barbecue, and a private driveway for three cars. Highchair available. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1 mile, and River Dee in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tyn Y Ceubren Bach at Evelyns Retreat is a delightful property, perfect for exploring Denbighshire. Note: The driveway is shared with a further holiday home, owned by the owners. Note: The owner's home is located next door. Note: There are sheep within the surrounding field.
