Description

This single-storey lodge has three bedrooms with TVs including a double with an en-suite shower room, a double and a family room with 2'6 bunk and single, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and wrap-around decking with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Please note that though the lodge is single-storey, there are four steps up from the parking to the decking. Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and you can find a shop and pub on-site. R6 makes a lovely base for a fun-filled break to the Lake District.A travel cot and highchair are provided for you. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.Sorry, no dogs are permitted at this property. Fallbarrrow Park management lock the entrance gates at midnight. If you are arriving after midnight, please call the night warden. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge. The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 for this property.
