Waters Edge is single-storey and includes an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for two and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom, serviced by a bathroom with roll-top copper bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and fire pit and off-road parking for one car in on-site car park and an EV charging point. Within 2 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and Talkin Tarn, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Fuel, power, wood for woodburning stove and fire pit, bed linen, towels, and WiFi included in the rent. Indulge in the wonders of Cumbria with a stay at the stunning Waters Edge. Note: There are steps outside of the patio doors, and level access to the side of the property.
