Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and four Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with Smart TVs, the master has an accompanying en-suite shower room, and two twins, serviced by a shared shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front lawn and patio with furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Make memories with loved ones by booking a stay at The Bay Tree. Note: Property is situated next to a maintenance area, there may be noise during sociable hours of the day. Note: Fairfield Marina, which has lake access, is nearby and free for guests to use during their stay. Please note: The changeover days at this property are Friday and Monday only.
