This property consists of a kitchen with an electric range cooker with double oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, along with a living/dining room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms, which all have Smart TVs, consist of a ground-floor king-size bedroom with woodburning stove, a double bedroom, and two twins, (1 of which is a zip- link which can be changed to a king on request) along with a ground floor shower room and family bathroom. Outside, there is rear enclosed garden with views of the North Pennines AONB and with pergola, sensory garden, and hot tub, along with a gated private driveway with parking for up to three cars, and additional roadside parking. Three well-behaved pet is welcome, and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Rock Cottage is an idyllic stay for a memorable trip to the Cumbria. Note: The grounds are fully-secured for pets. Note: There is a children's playground less than 150 yards from the cottage. Please do let us know if you are bringing pets, as we can provide a small welcome pack for dogs.Please Note : This property does not accept Stags / Hens or similar parties
