Cartmel which boasts charming streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, traditional pubs and the acclaimed Michelin Star-awarded L'Enclume restaurant, as well as the beautiful ancient Priory and the racecourse, it is known as being the prettiest village in the Lake District. A scenic drive away lies the stunning Lake Windermere, where you can enjoy leisurely cruises and watersports on the water, whilst in the area there are lots more breathtaking paths and cycle tracks to explore within Grizedale Forest or around the coast towards Humphrey Head, with views over Morecambe Bay.
