The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher and coffee machine, washing machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room and a ground-floor king-size with en-suite wet room. Outside there is a private patio with furniture. Hot tub (60 supplement to be paid locally), and ample off-road parking is available. Within 3.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.7 miles there is a pub and please note that two dogs are welcome and this is a non-smoking property.
