The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine fridge, a utility with a washer/dryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Loubi's Lakeside Lodge is an idyllic dwelling for the perfect escape to Cumbria. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are steps up to the property.Loubi's Lakeside Lodge is accessed by 5 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level. A travel cot and highchair are provided for you. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.Sorry, no dogs are permitted at this property. Fallbarrrow Park management lock the entrance gates at midnight. If you are arriving after midnight, please call the night warden. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge. The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 for this property.
