The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin and a child's bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, the lake and please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lakeside 1 is a delightful abode from which to enjoy a memorable retreat in Cumbria. Note: Check in is from 4pm, check out at 10am. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: The decking is directly above the lake, please ensure children are supervised.Parking is on tarmac next to 3 steps leading up to decking area. Due to security reasons, the bi-fold doors in the lounge and bedroom do not open. A travel cot and highchair are provided for you. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.Sorry, no dogs are permitted at this property. Fallbarrrow Park management lock the entrance gates at midnight. If you are arriving after midnight, please call the night warden. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge. The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 for this property.
