Description

Flat 3, a first-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area, and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedroom consist of a super-king-size with Tv and en-suite walk-in shower, and king-size. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Roadside parking available. Pet-friendly, but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.6 miles a lake. All of this awaits at Flat 3. Note: There is no door between en-suite walk-in shower and super-king-size bedroom. Note: There is no parking directly outside the property but a short walk away there is plenty of free roadside parking. Note: There are two flights of stairs up to the property. Note King-size bedroom is a spare bedroom only, not for extra guests. There is a good housekeeping bond for 150 sterling pounds
