The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a games room with pool table and darts board. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and three king-size, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars due to private drive. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are available. Greystones invites you to enjoy a memorable getaway in the Cotswolds.
