Garth Hill House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for twelve, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove (logs are not provided), and a lower-ground-floor sunroom. The bedrooms each have a TV and consist of lower-ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a ground-floor super-king-size (zip-link can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite bathroom, plus ground-floor bathroom and lower-ground-floor shower room. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop, pub, and lake. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included.
