The areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a wine cooler, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with sofa, Smart TV, and an en-suite, a double with Smart TV, freestanding bath and en-suite, and a double with Smart TV and en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed side patio and terrace with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars with EV charging point. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that no pets are allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Eller Close House is an exquisite dwelling for a family getaway to Cumbria. Note: The hot tub is not in use. Note: There are steps down from the parking. Note: There are two steps down from the boot room into the property. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
