The apartment also has a third-floor shower room, a second-floor bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen and dining area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, larder fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. and a second-floor small balcony with furniture. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a shared patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property.
