The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, a living/dining room with TV, DVD player, and dining seating for eight people, and a communal games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite, a double with en-suite, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared front courtyard, a communal outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna,daily opening hours apply, and a children's play area, as well as off-road parking. Stairgate, high chair and travel cot available at an additional charge on request (Booked with owners direct). Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a shop, and please note that one well behaved dog allowed for an additional fee, further dogs by prior arrangement with the owner at an additional cost and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel (Logs for wood burner not included), power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Trelawney is a wonderful abode for friends and families to escape to Cornwall. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is open from the start of April to the end of September, the hot tubs and sauna are open all year round. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
