Be welcomed into the light and airy open-plan living space, featuring bespoke lighting made from glass milk bottles, where you will find a fully-equipped kitchen for rustling up tasty dishes, a dining area for four, and an inviting sitting area with plush seating, crackling woodburning stove, and a 43” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evening after a day of adventure. On warmer days, why not head out to the shared, enclosed garden where you can fire up the barbecue whilst your pooch safely plays. Continuing through your new home, you will find a gorgeous super-king-size bedroom with access to the garden and its own en-suite for freshening up in style. Head into the local village, where you can treat your other half to a well-deserved meal at The Red Lion, stock up on essentials at the well-stocked supermarket, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the dog-friendly Carwinion Woods. On the outskirts of the village, you will find the stunning National Trust site of Glendurgan Garden which feature a secluded beach, access to the renowned South West Coast Path for scenic hikes and a wealth of beautiful beaches where you can bathe and paddle the clear waters. There is a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a small private garden with furniture, shared enclosed garden with lawn, barbecue and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
