The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with 43 Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a small private garden with furniture, shared enclosed garden with lawn, barbecue and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
