The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for eight people, an electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a front veranda with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and two twins, along with a bathroom and two cloakrooms. Outside, there is an enclosed, multi-level front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a rear, multi-level garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and the beach, and within 0.6, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stonecroft offers sea views and close proximity to the wonders of the Cornish coast. Please note that this property is on an elevated position with stone steps. The greenhouse in the rear garden is off limits. The stone steps leading up to the elevated patio in the rear garden are also off limits due to safety risks.
Praa Sands is a small village on the south coast between Helston and Marazion. The coastal retreat is famed for its mile-long sandy beach and great surfing. A bar/restaurant with a view of the beach is the ideal setting for lunch with a view or sunset drinks.
