The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a loch and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are available. Explore all Perthshire has to offer at Rowan!
