This home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, two sitting rooms, a conservatory, and a lower-ground-floor cinema. Appliances consist of a range cooker, two additional ovens, hob, fridge, two dishwashers, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of four super-king-sizes (zip/link) with en-suites, a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), two king-size (zip/link) with en-suites, and one double with balcony; all have Smart TVs. There is a ground-floor shower room and first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for ten cars and a garden with hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Old Rectory House is a great setting for a family holiday in Wales. Note: The pool will not be available from W.C 7th-21st July, 11th, 18th, 25th August 2023 and W.C 27th October 2023.
