Description

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with microwave and washing machine, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a two king-size with TVs, a double with en-suite shower room and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private wraparound garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking is available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 1.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Charlotte's House is a fabulous base from which to explore Cornwall. Note: There is a wood supply and tumble dryer in the garage.
