The Dunes consists of a utility and kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining space and a sitting area with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room and balcony, two second-floor king-size rooms, a second-floor twin and a ground-floor king-size with snug space, serviced by a second-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with hot tub and furniture and off-road parking for two cars, garage, roadside parking and EV charging. Please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Up to five well-behaved pets welcome. Explore the wonders of Conwy with an opulent stay at The Dunes. Note: Set over three floors, not suitable for those with mobility issues.
