Over three floors, this five-bedroom property has a ground-floor super-king-size zip/link, a king-size and a double with en-suite shower rooms, and a second-floor double and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with an electric fire. Appliances include an electric Range-style cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and hairdryer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a patio, furniture and hot tub. Fuel, power, a starter pack for stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub 2.3 within miles. Please note that there is a river running alongside the garden, an open-tread staircase, and the second-floor double bedroom has a low bed. Note: No children under 5.
