Malthouse Farm, a house over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, AGA, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a handy pantry, a utility with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV and open fire, a snug with books and sofa, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, king-size, double, second-floor twin, and single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed sitting area with patio with table and chairs and a BBQ, second patio with hot tub with fully decked area and additional seating, and off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
