High Fellside Hall is a remarkable detached farmhouse located just 3.5 miles from Sedbergh and 10 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Nestled on a high hillside above the Lune Valley, this magnificent property boasts its own private leisure centre and sits on five acres of grounds with direct access to open moorland including Barbon Fell. The breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Dales National Park add to the allure of this enviable location.

Originally a farmhouse, High Fellside Hall was extensively renovated in 2008 to create a luxurious three-storey holiday home. No expense was spared in outfitting the property with high-tech installations, integrated sound systems, sophisticated lighting, modern building techniques, underfloor heating, and cutting-edge solar power technology, resulting in a holiday home of exceptional quality.

The highlight of this exceptional property is its purpose-built leisure facility located on the lower ground floor. This impressive space includes a 15-meter heated swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, a sunken seven-seater Jacuzzi, and a yoga/pilates area. The area is beautifully designed with polished stone tiles, integrated lighting, and full-length windows providing stunning views across the Lune Valley.

Upon entering the main house, guests are greeted by a well-equipped kitchen featuring polished granite worktops, a Rangemaster cooker, and a spacious pantry with an impressive drinks fridge. The adjoining dining room opens onto a south-facing sun terrace, offering a perfect setting for enjoying meals while taking in the picturesque surroundings.

The living spaces within the property are equally impressive, with a comfortable snug featuring a wood-burner and patio doors, a spacious living area with a multi-fuel stove and stylish furnishings, and a hallway with full-length windows and a gallery. The six meticulously designed bedrooms on the first floor boast luxurious en-suites, old beams, oak flooring, and captivating views.

Outside, guests can enjoy formal gardens, multiple seating areas, and expansive lawns offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is ideally situated for exploring the Howgills, Cautley Spout, Dentdale, and nearby attractions such as White Scar Cave and Ingleton Waterfalls Walk.

With its proximity to Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale, High Fellside Hall provides easy access to local amenities, art galleries, and historical sites. Whether you are seeking a relaxing retreat or an adventurous exploration of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, High Fellside Hall offers exceptional holiday accommodation in a stunning setting.
