There's a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and one bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There's a cloakroom with WC and a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, shower seat, basin, and WC (suitable for guests with mobility issues). There's a kitchen/diner and utility equipped with three electric ovens, gas hob, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a sitting room with three Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, table football, piano. WiFi, fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 travel cots and highchairs available on request. Outside there's private parking for 3 cars, street parking outside the property for additional cars, an EV charging point and enclosed front and rear gardens with lawn and terrace.
