Bank Barn - Wreay consists of a kitchen with dining seating, Aga-style oven (winter months only), electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, utility, and a dining room with seating for eight. Sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom. On the lower ground-floor, there is a snug with Smart TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size with en-suites and two twins (one is zip/link, can be super-king-size upon request). Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed rear multi-level garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: No stag/hen parties. Note: Maximum occupancy is eight guests and one baby under twelve months. Note: No caravans are allowed. Note: External CCTV cameras are operational. Note: No EV charging using a regular plug into the property. Note: Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 9:30 am. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping bond of 350GBP.
