Sitting close to the centre of New Quay is this contemporary, large, detached holiday home, Ty Ni. This pet-friendly property sits on an elevated position with views across the town and sea, whilst providing off-road parking, an enclosed garden with hot tub, bedrooms with en-suites, and a luxury, open-plan living space with stylish furnishings. It's a superb base for families, friends, and couples alike to enjoy a relaxing holiday along Cardigan Bay. The beautifully appointed, large living area has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to prepare hearty meals at home. In the sitting area, you can relax after the day's adventures in front of the Smart TV and woodburning stove, or open the bi-fold doors to let the outside in. Why not relax on the front decking on summer evenings with a glass of wine in hand as you admire the sea views? Alternatively, make your way to the private, enclosed garden where the little ones can play, whilst you unwind in the hot tub. Completing the ground floor is a utility room and ground-floor wet room to freshen up straight off the beach. Upstairs, you'll find four luxury king-size bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, along with the family bathroom with a sleek, freestanding bath and walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms feature luxury Welsh hand soap and shower gel to freshen up with at the end of the day. The second-floor hosts two twin bedrooms, one with trundle beds, and a shower room. When it's time to explore, treat your loved ones to dinner out at the Bluebell Bistro or sample delights at the Lime Crab Fish and Chips, whilst local attractions include dolphin spotting boat trips from New Quay Harbour, Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre, and two picturesque beaches, one dog-friendly. Close by, you'll find the National Trust's Llanerchaeron, an 18th-century villa, the unspoilt Penbryn Beach, and Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park. Be sure to spend a day in Cardigan to visit the 12th-century Cardigan Castle, stop for lunch at The copper pot, and admire the Teifi Marshes at Welsh Wildlife Centre. For more historic sites, the medieval fortress of Cilgerran Castle is a short journey away! Further along the coast brings you to Aberystwyth, a bustling town where you can stroll along the beach or take an angling tour, discover local heritage at Amgueddfa Ceredigion Museum, and choose between two superb railway journeys: the Vale of Rheidol Railway or Aberystwyth Cliff Railway. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or a long-awaited family holiday, you'll find everything you need at Ty Ni.
