This detached house has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area 14 guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Amenities include an electric double oven, steam oven, gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. There are six bedrooms: two king-size with en-suite showers, two king-size, second-floor twin, and second-floor twin with trundles, along with a bathroom, second-floor shower room, and ground-floor wet room. To the front, there is a raised decking with furniture and off-road parking for four cars, and to the rear, an enclosed multi-level garden with hot tub and furniture. Within 0.4 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. A cot and two highchairs are available. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but please, no smoking. Note: A luxury hamper is provided. Enjoy sea views and beach days with your loved ones at Ty Ni.
