Description

This property has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and walk-in shower, and a first-floor sitting room. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and consist of two super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite, a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite, and three king-size rooms, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn, a balcony with furniture, wood-fired hot tub, and fire pit, and private parking for five cars. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.4 miles and the marina in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ynys Faelog is a fabulous base for an Anglesey staycation. Note: Guests have access to a private walking trail and a shared beach, Note: Guests have access to the tennis court upon the island. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you take every care to manage the risks and dangers associated with the location of the property and so protect yourself and those staying with you from loss, injury or death. Most particularly, the house has not been designed for ease of use or safety for parties with small children or persons with any mobility restrictions. Please exercise care and due attention when using all the property grounds as the island is surrounded by water and dangerous terrain.Note: Vehicle access to the House is restricted by the tide. Pedestrian access along the causeway which contains steps in maintained at all times. Guests are able to access private parking for five cars less than 100m from the pedestrian causeway to the private tidal island of Ynys Faelog. Note: Guests of the house can enjoy access to one of the private shale beaches located on the island which is shared with Ynys Faelog Cottage. Please see the map as to the areas of the island that have permitted access when booking Ynys Faelog House. Note: Parking on the tidal island of Ynys Faelog and the amenity facilities is solely reserved for guests of Ynys Faelog House when this property is not booked in conjunction with the Cottage. Please respect the privacy of the neighbouring property. Note: Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 500Note: Ynys Faelog Cottage (Ref: 1123850) is also situated on the tidal island and can be booked with Ynys Faelog House to accommodate 24 guests.Note: The wood-fired hot tub is left empty, and if wanted guests need to fill it and set the fire themselves. There is a starter pack of logs and kindling provided for this, if more is needed it can be bought locally.
