Description

The living areas consist of a kitchen with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility, a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a snug, and a sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a ground-floor king-size, a king-size, and two triple bunks, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn and private parking for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.4 miles, and the marina in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ynys Faelog Cottage is a wonderful base for a group break to Anglesey. Note: Guests have access to a private walking trail, leading towards Menai Strait, and shared beach access. Note: Guests have access to the tennis court upon the island. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Both bunk rooms only accommodate two guests each. Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you take every care to manage the risks and dangers associated with the location of the property and so protect yourself and those staying with you from loss, injury or death. Most particularly, the house has not been designed for ease of use or safety for parties with small children or persons with any mobility restrictions. Please exercise care and due attention when using all the property grounds as all the island is surrounded by water and dangerous terrain.Note: Access to the cottage is restricted to pedestrian access only along the causeway which contains steps. Guests are able to access private parking for three cars in Menai, which is less than 100m from the pedestrian causeway to the private tidal island of Ynys Faelog. Note: Guests of the cottage can enjoy access to one of the private shale beaches located on the island which is shared with Ynys Faelog House. Please see the map as to the areas of the island that have permitted access when booking Ynys Faelog Cottage. Note: Parking on the tidal island of Ynys Faelog and the amenity facilities are solely reserved for guests of Ynys Faelog House, when this property is not booked in conjunction with the Cottage. Please respect the privacy of the neighbouring property. Note: Both triple bunk bed rooms only accommodate two adult guests and a child if required.
