The property boasts off-road parking and enclosed garden spaces both to the front and rear, creating a tranquil setting for guests to enjoy. Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed by a tastefully-finished home featuring flagstone flooring throughout and bright, roomy interiors adorned with contemporary features.

The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a granite-topped central island and breakfast bar, invites guests to prepare delicious meals together. The adjoining dining room, with a table seating eight and a bar, provides a perfect spot for gathering and enjoying each other's company over dinner. For relaxation, there are two plush sitting rooms in the house, both equipped with wall-mounted Smart TVs, one of which features an elegant woodburning stove, creating a cozy atmosphere.

After a day of exploring the local area, guests can retreat to one of the four decadent bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms include a king-size room with large windows offering views of the peaceful countryside from a Juliette balcony. Additionally, there are two shower rooms available for guests to freshen up before bedtime. Outside of the property, visitors can take a short car ride to Gwalchmai for essentials at the Premier convenience store or venture east to Llangefni for a scenic stroll through Nant-y-Pandy nature reserve, cultural experiences at Oriel Môn art gallery, and traditional pub fare at The Foundry Vaults.

For a day trip, guests can explore further east across the Isle of Anglesey with stops at Pili Palas Nature World and Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens on the way to Beaumaris, a historic coastal settlement rich in ancient sites such as Beaumaris Castle and the Beaumaris Gaol and Court, as well as the picturesque Beaumaris Pier. Appliances include an electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two Smart TVs, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower, two doubles, and a bunk, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there are enclosed gardens to the front and rear, along with off-road parking available. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 3.1 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Bring your loved ones to make memories at Bryn Tirion. Note: The pond in the front garden is unenclosed, please take care and ensure children are supervised at all times.
