To the outside is a garden patio with furniture and off-road parking is available. This property will accept pets but not smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 4 miles you will find a shop and within 1.7 miles, a pub. Make Ferneytoun your next escape to Aberdeenshire. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - small/medium breeds only, and a 25 charge, per pet. Note: The garden is not secure please ensure that your dog(s) are supervised at all times. Note: Though electricity is included in the rent, electric for charging cars is not included in the rental.Note: The access road is via a dirt track which is well maintained. During periods of heavy snow and ice in the winter months it may not be open. This property can only accept Saturday - Saturday bookings due to housekeeper limitations
