Hill View House, sleeps 10, is a brand new holiday house set behind electric gates which has been finished to a very high standard rated 5* Gold. Ideal for those looking to discover Herefordshire in style and luxury, this stylish property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total and is situated in an area with breathtaking views across countryside and Malvern Hills.
Layout of acommodation
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms have super king size beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a TV in each bedroom.
The house has an advantage of a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite wet room. This bedroom is perfect for people who find stairs difficult.
The kitchen and dining area is open plan, divided from the seating area by a built in, gas fire place. There is a separate snug room. The kitchen is spacious and light with two fridges, chiller, electric hobs and ovens. There is a built in Sonos System in the kitchen.
There is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer by the entrance.
Outside to the front of the property is a private driveway with ample space to park 5 cars. To the rear of the house is a lawned garden where you can sit outdoors and soak up the setting.
