It has four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, (two super King-size, one double and one twin room), plus a family bathroom and wet room. The property also has an open plan living area on the first floor, with luxury kitchen, comfortable sitting area and dining room, plus a separate games room. Outside are two furnished terrace areas, both offering stunning sea views. Woodwell is perfect for the ultimate Salcombe holiday experience, whether you are travelling with friends or family. Parking for up to 3 cars on private drive and in the garageNo pets permitted.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbecks where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafs and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
