This magnificent former hotel and pub has been completely redesigned to offer fantastic, spacious accommodation across four floors, in a prominent location in the heart of the popular North Wales walking and cycling town of Penmaenmawr. This superb detached property is nestled in an elevated position close to the Sychnant Pass, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, and offers comfortable accommodation for large groups and family celebrations. This purpose-designed holiday accommodation offers 17 bedrooms, eleven with en-suite facilities, plus a ‘dorm’ area with 4 single beds plus a separate area with lounge, kitchen and bunk area, ideal for the children to make their own. The bedrooms are predominantly super king-size doubles with a zip/link option, so that they can be converted into twin beds on request. There is also a magnificent four-poster bedroom, one single room, one with a pull-out bed, and a family room which, with the kids area, make the property ideal for youth groups, schools, large family get-togethers, friends? reunions or well-behaved stag and hen parties! The main living areas are spread over the ground and lower ground floors and include a sitting room with a TV and projector screen, where you can view the latest films or perhaps watch a major sporting event. Head downstairs to discover a disco room with multi-coloured lighting, state-of-the-art sound system and a glass covered floodlit stream. Alongside this is a games area which will provide both kids and adults with hours of fun, with a pool table, shuffleboard, table football, air hockey and darts. The dining area offers a communal area for up to 36 guests to sit and relax comfortably, with a breakfast bar providing further seating for nine people. Across the road from Mountain View is a parade of Victorian canopy-covered shops and a restaurant, and further along the road you will find more restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and a couple of village pubs, along with several golf clubs within a short drive. The famous Fairy Glen waterfall is easily reached on foot via the North Wales Path which runs past the property, and the Wales Coast Path passes within quarter of a mile, leading to sandy beaches, cycle paths, walks to Conwy and Bangor, and numerous sailing and watersports opportunities. There is an abundance of activities in the area including the High Ropes tree adventure centre, Zip World with the longest zip-wire in Europe and Bounce Below with its underground trampolines stretched over former slate caverns. A fantastic holiday property offering entertainment in abundance.
