  • The fantastic Corris Railway is an ideal family day out that the kids are sure to love. The attraction offers a round trip on this narrow gauge railway whisking you through the surrounding area. The trip includes a guided tour of the engine shed and workshops. There is also an informative museum onsite.
  • Not only is Dolgellau set against stunning rural backdrops, on the edge of a national park, but it is also just a short distance from the Welsh coastline. The superb Barmouth Beach is just a 20 minute drive from Dolgellau.
  • Experience history at the Cymer Abbey. This ruined Cistercian abbey is an impressive site which has stood in place for over 800 years. The structure lies within a fabulous rural setting that consumes the horizon and background.
