On the beautiful Isle of Anglesey by the coast lies Cemaes Bay. Situated in the North of Anglesey, the village of Cemaes Bay has many admirers who return time and again to enjoy its blue flag award winning sandy beaches, picturesque vistas and relaxed atmosphere. The Bay is a great place to try angling or take a deep sea fishing trip out to the Irish Sea. Alternatively dream away the hours watching boats entering and leaving the scenic harbour, the choice is yours with a luxury break in this part of Wales.
The village centre has a few quality shops, restaurants, pubs, a maritime museum and an art gallery. Of interest, on the headland is the 5th century Church of St Patrick. Walk the Coastal Path or test your fitness on the 400 steps of the lighthouse at RSPB reserve, South Stack Island, home to a host of birds including peregrines and puffins.
Each year the village hosts the real ale, Anglesey Beer Festival. If that's not enough take a trip to Dublin from nearby Holyhead, for a drop of the black stuff such as Guinness Storehouse. Whilst enjoying a cottage holiday in this area of Wales, for days out you don't want to miss The National Gallery, National Botanical Gardens, or medieval St Patrick's Cathedral.
Whether you opt for a stay in a romantic cottage or a large country house, we hope you find ideal accommodation on luxury-selfcatering-accommodation.co.uk.
