Here's How the System Works
• Enter your property details
• Integrate your pricing and availability information via Supercontrol, or enter your pricing information and provide us with an Ical link. Sorry if you are not able to integrate via Supercontrol or Ical link, it is not possible to register at this time.
• With pricing, you are required to give us rate parity with the pricing on your own website.
• Our system facilitates bookings, takes the booking including payment, and notifies you as soon as a booking is taken.
• Bookings are taken immediately hence why Ical availability or Supercontrol integration is required.
• After the guest has checked out and the booking has been successfully completed, we will transfer the accommodation fee to you (minus our commission of 10% plus VAT).
Payouts for completed bookings are issued once a month, in accordance with our standard payout schedule. You can expect to receive funds three to five days after the end-of-month payout run, provided the guest's checkout date was at least three days beforemonthend.
