Manor Farm Barn has five bedrooms, each with zip/link beds making super-king-size or twin makeups. One upstairs and one downstairs have en-suites, and there is a further bathroom and cloakroom. The living areas include a kitchen, a utility room, a living/dining room, and a snug. Appliances include an electric Range, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. There is also a travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is ample private, off-road parking, a garden with lawn, patio hot tub, trampoline and furniture, and a rear garden with covered seating area and barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles. Enjoy a holiday in Suffolk at Manor Farm Barn.PLEASE NOTE; the property will only accept 7 night bookings on the 20th and 27th December 2024.
