There are two sitting rooms at Park House; the Drawing Room and the Snug, each of which features a TV and games console. For special occasions, the Library/Dining Room is sure to impress and seats 22+, this room is sure to add plenty of atmosphere, whatever the occasion. The large country kitchen is well equipped for groups with 2 dishwashers, a large oven, a microwave, breadmaker and two fridges (one fridge freezer and another fridge for drinks). There is also an ice maker. The kitchen seats 8 and the adjoining breakfast room seats 6. There is also a scullery and laundry.
Each of the bedrooms has been individually styled and furnished and there are four double bedrooms (one of which has an extra double sofa bed) and two twin bedded rooms (one of which can be made up as a double if required). There are also 2 single sofa beds on Pooh’s Corner and 3 put you up beds that can go in any room except the Pump Room. There are four bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom.
Outdoors there is a generous private lawned area, barbeque, and garden dining facilities for 16, allowing you to celebrate outside as well as inside. Guests also enjoy shared access to the rolling fields and the orchard beyond the Ha Ha, the walled garden and the children's playground. Guests at Park House also have access to a badminton set and a croquet set and lots of board games, Wii Console and SKY TV full package plus DVDs and videos. There is even a toy cupboard.
