This property consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for eight and a woodburning stove. There is also a sitting room with Smart TV, a snug and a utility with washing machine. Outside, there is a front garden with a lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 1.6 miles, a pub. Hollins is a splendid countryside retreat for a family of seven. Please note, the owner's brewery is located just next door to the property. The entrance to the single bedroom is down a few steps.
