The main bedroom features a super king-size bed, period furniture, a feature fire surround and views of Pen-y-ghent; this is a beautiful space, blending elegant furnishings perfectly with the overall style of this beautiful Settle cottage. On the second floor a spacious bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower ground floor boasts excellent storage and the added bonus of a games room, where the family can challenge each other to a game of pool, table tennis and darts. Outside the cottage there is a grassed park to the front, with benches next to the river, which provides a great spot for relaxing or simply watching the world go by. Within easy walking distance there are riverside walks, a number of traditional pubs serving fine ales and good food and, of course, access to the famous Settle to Carlisle railway line. The Dales countryside offers wonderful walks and cycle routes, with the famous three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent just a stone's throw away, plus Skipton and the Lake District are both just half an hour's drive away. A luxury Settle cottage, ideal for a break whatever the time of year.
