Single storey. Three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. The heating is electric and the kitchen houses an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For entertainment there are two TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen is provided. Off-road parking for three cars is available, plus there is an enclosed rear decking with furniture. The on-site facilities include a gym, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton courts, the Sandbar Beach Restaurant and the Warren Spa (at an extra cost). Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 0.2 miles. The Warren K38 is a tranquil escape for exploring North Wales. Note: The chalet is on the main track of the Warren which can be noisy. Note: The caravan is next to a running stream. Note: Towels are Not provided. Note: No commercial vehicles, boats, caravans or camper vans to be parked on site. Note: Access to the Spa on site is available, treatments and use of the spa is charged locally.
Abersoch, a lovely harbour community, is located on the Llyn Peninsula, in an area of Wales known for its spectacular landscape and varied walks. The hamlet, nestled between two beautiful bays, is a popular sailing destination in North Wales, and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer.
