The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility hosts a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are electric storage heaters and a multi-fuel stove, with the fuel, power and starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rental cost.
