Criteria for Advertising with Cottage Gems

This website specialises in promoting high quality, high end holiday homes of 5 star or high 4 star quality.

We accept advertisements for 5 star rated and luxury standard self catering accommodation as long as the accommodation is  well maintained and cleaned, truthfully described and that you are legally allowed to rent it out. The self catering accommodation does not necessarily need to be Gold Award or 5 star rated but where the accommodation is not rated 5 star we require that before placing an ad with us you first email us a web-link for us to see photographs of the property. We will then advise you from the photos whether we accept that the accommodation looks to be of a general luxury standard.

Advertisements for 4 star self catering will be accepted to be featured on this luxury website on a case by case basis – as per the procedure for non rated properties, please email us a web link for us to assess photographs of the property.
